Hola! qué tal les fue esta semana? yo estuve buscando telas nuevas para las prendas de esta temporada y encontré varios prints que me encantaron. Me emociona ir a comprar telas (aunque a veces me las traen) busco siempre estampados y/o texturas diferentes, difíciles de encontrar...es una de las cosas que más me gusta de mi trabajo.
En este post no les voy mostrar nada con estampados sino un LBD (little black dress) que tuvimos la temporada pasada...todo empezó con una tela de encaje licrado de polka dots (lunares) que compramos ...a partir de eso hicimos diferentes modelos con ese encaje...uno de estos modelos fue el el vestido "Ananda" Rockture. Este vestido vino a mi mente ya que esta semana volvimos a hacer en edición súper limitada un modelo similar; también con el detalle de encaje polka dots pero con la espalda descubierta y sin mangas. Les mostraré el vestido en un próximo post.
Hello! how was your week? I have been looking for new fabrics for this season´s collection and was able to find several printed ones I really liked. Its always exciting for me to go shopping for fabrics (although sometimes they are brought to me) I always look for prints and/or textures that are different and hard to find...it is one of the things I enjoy the most about my work.
Rather than showing you a printed dress in this post, I´d like to show you a LBD we had last season...everything started with a stretch lace polka dots fabric we purchased...from there, we made different styles of dresses combined with the lace fabric. One of these dresses was the Rockture "Ananda" dress
This dress came to mind since a similar style, limited edition dress came back in stock this week. It has the same lace polka dots detail, but it´s sleeveless with an open back. I will show you the dress in a next post.
